Further to our recent announcement of ESA Education Office providing a certain number of student travel grants within the ESA Conference Opportunities for Students (ECOSS) we would like to specify the application procedures as provided by ESA.Students wishing to attend the upcoming 29th EARSeL Symposium and Workshops in Chania (Crete), Greece, 15-20 June 2009, and whose submitted contributions have been accepted for presentation during the Symposium or accompanying Workshops, should proceed as follows:
Applications shall be made via the ESA Education Website www.esa.int/education (under "Opportunities" > "Conferences").
On this page there is a link (in the right-hand side panel) to the application system called "ESA Education Projects" or students can access it directly via www.joinspace.rg.

PLEASE NOTE: The applilcation deadline for EARSel on the website is stated as this Sunday 26th April, but this deadline will be extended for two weeks.
